Mike Volk does it all and is always on the ball with all the information he provides. He is quick to respond and knows the answer to anything you need or will find it without hesitation. Booking a trip with a TA like Mike takes the hassle and concern out of any trip. This is our third VV cruise and after the lack luster help me got from anothe TA we made the switch to Mike and won’t be going back! Highly recommend his services and will keep coming back.
